# Table for Forty

> Group dining for 8 and up in New York City and Philadelphia. Every space shows one all-in price, with tax, service and gratuity included. No booking fees for the person booking.

## How to book

- Send a request from any space page or from the homepage form (https://officialfoodgroup.com/): the date, the number of guests, a budget, the city, your name and your email.
- The venue confirms, and a deposit holds the date. Nothing is charged when you send a request.
- Prefill the form with a link: `https://officialfoodgroup.com/?city=New%20York&date=YYYY-MM-DD&guests=12&budget=150000-300000`. The homepage and the city page (https://officialfoodgroup.com/new-york) take all of these; a space page takes `date`, `guests`, `budget` and `occasion`.
  - `city`: `New York` or `Philadelphia`. `date`: YYYY-MM-DD. `guests`: a whole number. `neighborhood`: free text.
  - `budget`: `0-150000` (Up to $1,500), `150000-300000` ($1,500 to $3,000), `300000-500000` ($3,000 to $5,000), `500000-1000000` ($5,000 to $10,000), `1000000-` ($10,000+); the homepage and the city page (https://officialfoodgroup.com/new-york) also take a dollar amount.
  - `occasion` (space pages): `corporate`, `team_dinner`, `meeting_offsite`, `holiday_party`, `birthday`, `friends_family`, `other`.
